- Our high-quality Masai Range Rover Classic Headlining Kit includes the rear piece, front piece and 20 x fir tree clips with matching covering for fitting the headlining.
- If the Range Rover Classic has a Sunroof, a hole can be easily cut out of the Headlining to accommodate.
Fir Tree Clip Adhesive Coverings - We supply a sheet of adhesive fabric with cutouts, that allow you to stick onto the fir trees to match the colour to the headlining. (See photo in the thumbnails above)
Delivery Notes
- This Masai Range Rover Classic Headlining will remain IN STOCK to allow you to order, however there *may* be a 4-6 week lead time. Your chosen colour choice is most likely available right away, in that case you will receive within 2-5 working days after making payment. You're welcome to call us and enquire about which colours we have available now.
- If purchasing more than one of Range Rover Classic Headlining, please contact us for a shipping price as we can fit 2 head linings in the same box which may result in a cheaper shipping cost than is generated through the website.
Technical Specification
Our Range Rover Classic Roof Lining is manufactured in-house by experienced Masai® craftsmen in the automotive trimming business. All our NEW roof lining shells are produced exactly to the Land Rover Classic roof lining shape.
Made from special GRP, this gives a much better rigidity than the Land Rover Classic thermoplastic biscuit material. This will also provide a much longer lasting roof lining, and will no longer absorb any roof condensation that causes the common problem of sagging over time. The lining has a plush suede-like finish for that extra touch of style and is hand glued to each individual roof section.
Fitting Instructions
- First, remove your old Range Rover Classic headlining.
- When fitting our headlining, start from the front and work backwards.
- Fit the front then the rear piece using the fir trees provided in your kit.
If your existing holes don't match up with our head lining, then you will need to drill additional holes (I'd suggest you drill the holes in the headlining to match your Range Rover Classic, instead of drilling in the Range Rover Classic roof to match our headlining). We purposefully covered all the pre-drilled holes with material for this reason. Range Rovers have changed a lot over the years and Land Rovers kept messing with the hole's locations!

High intensity Epistar LEDs are energy-efficient compared to filament or halogen lights and CREE LEDs are even more powerful and energy-efficient than Epistar LEDs. If you're running additional lights off a switched off engine, then high-efficiency HID and LED lights will drain the battery slower than traditional filament or halogen lights.

LED lights very much meet that need, and for the same power consumption will produce greater luminosity and a whiter light. Recognising that, we have sourced high-quality LED and HID vehicle lights from around the world and will be bringing further ranges over the coming years.

The circular light you see below is a 4-inch LED work light producing 2,150 lumens at 27 watts with 9 Epistar LEDs. It can be fitted to a wide range of commercial and domestic vehicles.

We can deliver to any country
- Delivery is from our Staffordshire UK depot.
- Delivery charges are an additional cost and are automatically calculated by weight and volume.
- Our shopping cart will automatically work out a total delivery charge (including packaging) for most countries AFTER you have entered your full and accurate delivery address.

- Delivery is by courier and packages need to be sign for – and once goods are despatched typically take 1–3 days in the UK, and 2–6 extra days if delivery is outside the UK.
- We will call or email you if a package is likely to take longer.
VAT and CUSTOM DUTY
If delivery is inside the European Union country then VAT will be charged. If outside the European union VAT will NOT be charged on the final page of the checkout.
You need to add your country, region and post code/zip code on the checkout for our system to decide if you are going to be charged VAT.
If delivery is outside the European Union, we supply customs forms and the receiver of the goods is liable for IMPORT DUTIES, if any; not all countries will charge this. It is payable to the courier company or customs office in the receiver's country. We have no way of knowing what the duty amount will be. You need to check with our country’s customs authority.
You need to pay the customs duties, if any, before you can receive your package. If you do not pay the duties, the package may be returned to us and you are not entitled to a refund.
